400 g/14 oz minced pork
Can of baby sweet corn
Bowl of fresh snow peas
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsps mushroom soy sauce
2 tbsps oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions:
Heat some peanut oil in a wok on medium to hot heat.
Add the mince port and stir until brown. Add the soy, 1 tbsp of soy and
oyster sauce each, and a little of the garlic.
Remove the pork to a warm bowl while the vegetables are cooked.
Add more peanut oil to the wok.
Add the rest of the garlic, baby sweet corns (drained) and the snow peas
(washed).
Stir-fry with the remainder of the soy, oyster sauce and garlic.
Add back the pork and mix.
Add the sesame oil and mix together.
Serve with steamed rice or boiled egg noodles that have been heated through
in the wok.
